I spent my time this weekend doing sport. It took a long time since last time so, taking advantage of the good weather, I called a friend and we jogging at the park. We went early in the morning, with no people, so we had lot of space to make our exercises.
I love to be fit! After doing sport I feel great. The most important thing is to stretch before and after the exercises to avoid injuries.
