My Athletics training

Today I would like to tell you about one of my favorite sports: athletics. As you already know I love to exercise and be fit, and running is one of the activities I like the most. Twice a week, after school, I have athletics training. The track is close to my house and I meet my friends there. It’s important to be properly dressed: running shoes, comfortable shorts and wear hair in a pony tail or with a headband. I’m thinking about going in for a race… I’ll keep you posted!
