Today I want to share with you my last physical education class at school. The teacher showed us an introductory yoga class. I love it! It’s a very relaxing discipline and it helps to improve our physical condition.
After doing some exercises the teacher told us some of its benefits: more physical flexibility, higher quality sleeping and you can also learn how to breathe properly.
Have you ever try practicing yoga? I really liked the experience… Now I have a lot of stiffness!
